Passionate cuisine made from fresh seasonal produce

Blending past and present flavours, in constantly changing combinations; marrying the riches of our local produce with produce from elsewhere… This is the trend on our new  Menu.

Driven by the passion that I lavish on the design of each recipe, I attach special importance to the selection of the products. As part of our quality policy, we source them essentially from regional farms and producers and they are of controlled origin. The fruit and vegetables are all seasonal, the fish and shellfish from the wild.

Imbued with a welcoming spirit, in harmony with the natural decor of La Table du Cantemerle, this Menu will, I hope, take you on a voyage of discovery to the heart of the spirit and flavours of my cuisine.

Our seasonal menus and our summer events

For lunch our light and fresh menus, composed of fish, grilled meats, stir fried vegetables, generous salads, cold soups… as well as the chef’s daily suggested menu starter – main or main – desert) and our low calorie dishes

For the evening meal try our generous French cuisine; lobster ravioli, Aveyron lambs, raspberry soufflé… as well as the chef daily suggestions.

By the road

From Aix – Cannes
Take exit 47-Villeneuve-Loubet Centre, Vence, Cagnes-sur-Mer

From Nice, Nice-Airport or Italy
Take exit 48-Vence/Cagnes-sur-mer.
Continue 8km on D36 and follow signs for Vence. Continue onto D236 (Vence).
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto D2 and continue 400m straight forward. Destination will be on the right.

By rails

The closest rail station is Cagnes Sur Mer at 7km. Take the Bus line 94 / Stop Les Fourches and walk 700m.
