Selection of sushi and condiments.
Lightly seasoned cod carpaccio and skinless orange segments.
Salmon tartare with lemon confit and fresh herbs.
Avocado mousseline and crab meat with fresh ginger.
Octopus salad, lemon confit and Iberian chorizo.
Wakame and seared tuna with soy.
